Teshi’ Menefee was born in Ft. Worth TX, raised in Tacoma Washington. Currently, resides in Seattle, WA. Teshi’ Menefee has been serving in a leadership role, within BTMI organization for the last 9 yrs. As a profession he is a registered Counselor within the State of Washington. Serving over 20 yrs. in social services, working with vulnerable communities such as at risk youth, mental health, and homeless populations. As a Spiritual advisor, his passion is helping others fulfill their vision, empowering the powerless, and embodying the philosophy; Time and chance happens to us all.

Why Join With Us?

Black Transmen Inc National Board & Committee Leaders are focused on governance, financial stability, administration and mission strategy organizational health.

National Board or Committee Leadership opportunities are filled by election or appointment. Black Transmen Inc members of any age, who have served a minimum of 300+ BTMI volunteer hours, $750+ fundraising ability, and available 25+hrs per month for the duration of the program are eligible and encouraged to apply.

Applications are accepted annually in Oct.
